Set Up WHMCS for Reseller Hosting

Prerequisites

You need an active ZeHoster reseller plan with WHM access, a WHMCS license, and your WHM hostname, username, and API token.

Add the cPanel/WHM server

1. In WHMCS go to Setup → Products/Services → Servers → Add New Server.
2. Hostname: your WHM server hostname. Type: cPanel.
3. Enter WHM username and API token (WHM → Development → Manage API Tokens).
4. Click Test Connection — you should see a green success message.
5. Assign the server to a server group for load balancing if you have multiple nodes.

Create hosting products

1. Go to Setup → Products/Services → Products/Services → Create a New Product.
2. Product type: Other, module: cPanel.
3. Link the WHM package name that matches your reseller allocation.
4. Set pricing, billing cycle, and welcome email template.
5. Enable automatic provisioning on payment.
