Why use Cloudflare?
Cloudflare adds a global CDN, free SSL, and DDoS protection in front of your ZeHoster server. Most sites see faster load times and better uptime.
Add your domain to Cloudflare
- Create a free Cloudflare account and click Add a Site.
- Enter your domain and choose the Free plan.
- Cloudflare scans existing DNS records — verify the A record points to your ZeHoster server IP.
- Add a CNAME for www pointing to your root domain if needed.
- Copy the two Cloudflare nameservers shown on the final step.
Update nameservers
- Log in to your domain registrar.
- Replace existing nameservers with the Cloudflare pair.
- Wait 1–24 hours for propagation.
- In Cloudflare → SSL/TLS, set mode to Full (strict) once AutoSSL is active on ZeHoster.
Keep email working
Do not delete MX records during the Cloudflare import. If email is hosted on ZeHoster, ensure MX records point to mail.yourdomain.com with the correct priority values.
