Configure SMTP in Outlook & Gmail
Connect your hosting email to any mail client with correct ports.

Recommended settings (SSL)
Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 993, SSL/TLS.
Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — port 465, SSL/TLS.
Username is the full email address; password is the mailbox password.
Outlook
- File → Add Account → Manual setup.
- Pick IMAP, enter the settings above.
- Test, then Finish.
Gmail (fetch external)
- Gmail → Settings → Accounts → Check mail from other accounts.
- Add your address, set POP server to mail.yourdomain.com port 995 (SSL).
- Enable Send mail as with SMTP mail.yourdomain.com port 465 (SSL).
