What's included
Free migration covers website files, MySQL databases, email accounts, and DNS configuration. Available on all shared, WordPress, and VPS plans.
How to request
- Sign up for a ZeHoster hosting plan.
- Open a support ticket at portal.zehoster.com → Submit Ticket.
- Select Migration as the department.
- Provide your current hosting URL, cPanel/FTP login, and domain name.
- Our team schedules the migration — usually within 2–4 hours.
- We notify you when complete so you can verify before DNS switch.
Zero-downtime tip
Keep your old site running until DNS propagates to ZeHoster. We lower TTL before migration to speed up the switch.
